The joys of life

4 days after a c-section, i'm still not really up to being creative or whitty so you'll excuse the short post and the spelling errors please. it's the darvocet.

Saturday, the 21st of February at 5:52 pm our angel of baby boy was born. He was a little early but thankfully that was due to problems with my body not his. he is perfect. tiny (for us) 7 lb. 8 oz. and only 18 1/2 in. but so healthy and happy. we feel truly blessed. After having gone through what we did with Isaac, i take nothing for granted but certainly not a complicaiton free delivery and perfectly healthy baby. Hudson brought with him a strong spirit of happiness and love that i know comes directly from my Heavenly Father. I cherish every moment that i get to hold him and gaze into his surpisingly focused little baby blues and feel how close he has been to the Lord. I know that i have so much to do to be worthy of him and to prepare him for what lies ahead. I love this little boy.

Hudson Russell Gainor

tiny but he still got his daddy's toes and fingers.

Been a while

looks like he just got away with one huh?

I love these angels. and they love grandma's yard and the weather.

I know it has been months since i updated and this will be a horrible, 2 minute attempt to do so. We have been in California at my parents, while Jonathan has been studying for the GMAT and finishing up bus. school apps. we planned on having the baby and then being off to where ever we were going by march but ofcourse, plans change. Jonathan got what he thought was a stupid job, just to keep busy while we were here for a few months and it turned out to not be so stupid. he is working for Canon doing ..... territory sales ofcourse, but has turned out to be a good opportunity and we really love it here so we have decided to work for a year before starting grad school and try to save some money instead of going into debt. we will be moving into a house in a couple of weeks- i'm sure my mom will be relieved. she has been such a champ with my kids. anyway- that's that and here are some photos.

Mike and Michelle and Jenn and David(her fiance who we all adore) all came down for valentine's day and we spent the day golfing. are we good wives or what? no we love it.

arent they cute? they are getting married in May.

mom and dad, no she is not my sister.

as a general rule i avoid pictures post 2nd trimester- you guys are pretty lucky. i actually cant believe how huge i am this time and thought i should document it.
